Miss East Coast USA Pageant

 

  1. Participants promise and sign a contract not to hurt each other and judges no matter how judges will decide who is the queen and who is Miss East Coast Pageant 2016
  2. Participants promise to be truthful with organizers about their past and their intentions.
  3. Participants should pay their fee if any to the organizers on timely matter.
  4. Participants promise not to damage Pageant reputation and act on honor to themselves and other guests and vendors and sponsors.
  5. Conflicts will be resolved by the organizers in timely matter.
  6. PLEASE NOTE: There may be changes to our format, rules, regulations, scheduled activities, policies, etc. By entering the pageant you agree to abide by any and all changes made.
  7. Eligibility requirements: contestants have to like outdoor activities

– Such term as “Applicant” used in these rules and regulations are referring to the person applying for entrance into the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016.

– Such term as “Winner” used in these rules and regulations are referring to the person who has applied for entrance, paid the entry fee, was accepted as a participant, and won a city, state, or title.

– Applicant must be a naturally born female in order to compete in the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016.

– Applicant must reside within the United States in order to compete in the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016.

– Applicant understands that she must compete in the correct division for her age group: Miss East Coast Pageant 2016..

– Applicant understands that the ENTRY FEE in the amount of $195.00 must be paid with the submission of the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016. Pageant Application.

– Applicant understands that the ENTRY FEE is non-refundable and non-transferrable; and must be paid in full before she can compete in the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016.

– Applicant understands that her entry fee includes entry into the city, state, and title; and includes her crown and sash prize package for the title of which she wins for the month.

– Applicant understands that her crown and sash package will be shipped directly from the manufacturers and will take up to 3-4 weeks to be received.

– Applicant understands that she must compete in the three main areas of competition in order to be selected as a Ms East Coast Pageant 2016 winner; which includes the Interview, Platform, and Photogenic competitions, bikini, evening dress etc.

– Applicant understands that she must submit the required materials and information for the appropriate competitions (which includes the Interview Questions, Platform essay, and Photogenic head-shot photo) along with her entry application and entry fee.

– Applicant understands that she must uphold a pleasant, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times while representing a Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 title.

– Applicant understands that the judges’ decisions and scoring are final and will not be changed. The names of the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 judges will NOT be released.

– If the Applicant becomes a pageant title winner, she understands that she will receive the following city, state, or prizes and awards for the title she wins for the month: rhinestone crown, satin embroidered sash, rhinestone “queen” pin, and plaque.

– Winner understands that a crown and banner photo must be turned in after they have received their prizes.

– Winner grants permission to the Ms East Coast Pageant 2016 to use her speeches, photos, and videos in pageant related media for advertising and promotional purposes and understands that such pageant materials will become the property of the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 and will not be returned.

– Applicant understands that the Ms East Coast Pageant 2016 reserves the right to add, change, or delete any rules and regulations at any time without giving notice.

– Applicant is required to strictly adhere to the Ms East Coast Pageant 2016 rules and regulations; and if any of these rules are broken by the applicant, applicant understands that participation disqualification and title revocation will be the resulting resolution to the matter.

Competition is based on Evening Gown, Interview, On-Stage Question and Sportswear. (jogging, aerobic wear, tennis, golf, etc.) NO Swimsuit! NO Talent! All Contestants compete for this title.

ENTRY FEE IS: $199. Early Bird Special. After November 2014 the entry fee is $50

Example: Contestant received a perfect score in all categories from the judges = 100 points.

Contestant sold one (1) B&W Full Page Ad for $400. = 400 points.

People Voted 300 times for Contestant at $1 per vote = 300 points.

Total Score Is: 800 points.

There are additional terms and conditions listed on the At-Large Titleholders Agreement. Those terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference.

To be eligible as a contestant:

Exact date and exact location are unknown at this time. Contestants will be notified as soon as this information is available.

Contestant must be within their age category as of the start date of the Pageant.

Contestant must be a naturally born, genetic female.

Contestant can be single, divorced, widowed, married with or without children.

Contestant agrees that Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 shall determine all issues to eligibility to compete in the Pageant. I agree to abide by an eligibility determination both to myself and other applicants.

Contestant is in good health physically and mentally and is able to perform the professional responsibilities of Titleholder.

If selected as a Titleholder, I will continue to hold said title granted until my successor is selected or appointed.

Former or reigning Titleholders cannot compete for the same title again, however they can compete for another title offered by the Miss East Coast. Titleholder cannot compete for another Title the same year she is crowning her successor.

Good Character: Applicant is of good moral character, and has not, nor if married, her husband, has not engage in any activities which, if disclosed to the public, would bring herself, the Miss East Coast Pageant, employees, directors, agents, volunteers, staff, sponsors, or related companies into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt including but not limited to, any type of use of illegal drugs, any other illegal behavior or activity, any felony conviction, probation or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude. This also includes nude, lewd or lascivious media. In the alternative, applicant has disclosed such involvement to the Miss East Coast Pageant. Applicant understands that it is her responsibility to inform Miss East Coast Pageant of any activity she has engaged in that may have violated the above paragraph. Whether or not such activity meets this definition will be decided in the sole discretion of the Miss East Coast Pageant and Applicant agrees to this discretion in advance for a determination as to her eligibility. Applicant agrees to accept the Miss East Coast Pageant’s decision without question or argument both as to herself and other applicants. Failure to disclose this information may result in disqualification and relinquishment of her State, Regional or Title.

Applicant agrees that if selected as a Contestant to compete in the Miss East Coast Pageant, they will participate in the pageant, will abide by all the rules and regulations as set forth in the At-Large Titleholders Agreement and assume all responsibility for payment of fees.

Applicant agrees that if selected as a State or Regional titleholder to attend the Miss East Coast Pageant Competition and be on time for events and a fully engaged participant. I will not leave the venue of the final competition until the conclusion of the pageant event and will be present on-stage during all required times: This includes all stage appearances after the Top 15, 10 and 5 have been announced and on-stage photos of the Top 15, 10 and 5 following the conclusion of the production. Failure to comply will result in a $500. fine due to the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 within a week of the final Pageant date, which I agree should this situation arise.

Applicant understand and agrees that if selected as a Contestant and she is unable to compete in the Pageant FOR ANY REASON that she will forfet her State or Regional Title and that there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Nor are funds transferable.

I understand and agree that if I am selected as a Contestant or Titleholder, all decisions concerning production, promotions, photographs, advertising, program, media, social media, endorsements, testimonials, appearance, and all other aspects of Miss East Coast Pageant as well as throughout my reign are solely at the discretion of the Miss East Coast Pageant.

Talent Release for TV, Media and Promotion: I understand and agree that the Miss East Coast Pageant and its officers, directors, employees, heirs, legal representatives, assignees and all persons acting under its permission or authority the absolute right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise and use, re-use, video images, publish, and re-publish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included, in whole or part, I also consent to the use of any printed matter and ALL VIDEO OR FILM FOOTAGE in conjunction therewith. I hereby release from liability, discharge and agree to save harmless MAP, its officers, directors, employees, heirs, legal representatives, assignees and all persons acting under its permission or authority from any liability. I agree that the footage or film images of myself may be used for television, cable, home video, Internet, etc.

APPEARANCES: State and Regional titleholders agree to make at least one (1) appearance per month during their reign. Titleholder agrees to make two (2) appearances per month during their reign.

Crowns and sashes remain the property of the Miss East Coast Pageant until after the competition. Any Contestant that defaults on her contract or does not attend the Pageant must return all prizes, crown and sash to the office in the condition in which it was received.

I understand I may withdraw from the competition at any time, however, in doing so, must return my crown and sash to the Miss East Coast Pageant. Under no circumstances and not for any reason shall I be entitled to a refund in whole or in part of any fees paid. All fees paid to the Miss East Coast Pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission tickets sales fees, guest meal fees, People’s Choice Award Votes and any other fees paid to the Miss East Coast Pageant by anyone including, but not limited to Contestants, Sponsors, Family Members and Advertisers.

Contestant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question.

Contestant must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against Miss East Coast Pageant its parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, sponsors, directors, partners, volunteers, employees, agents and assigns, which they may have by virtue of their participation in the pageant, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with the pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.

Contestant is not a party to any contract written or verbal with any person, firm, business, Public Relations Firm, publicist, charity or corporation in respect to any present title that she holds or may hold, nor has Contestant made any commitments for the future regarding any such titles.

Contestant understands and agrees to stay at the host hotel during the dates of the Pageant. Contestant may not share a room with another Contestant(s), but she can share her room with family member or friends.

Contestant understands and agrees to be on time for rehearsals and events. Roll call will be taken at the beginning of rehearsals and events.

During their reign, all State and Regional Titleholders agree to be loyal to the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 and give their time and energy to their State or Regional pageant title and this title only. That this is the Titleholders main pageant-related priority and that State or Regional Titleholder will not promote verbally, in writing, or on any social media any other pageant title(s) or pageant system(s).

If chosen as a State or Regional Titleholder, I will proudly represent my title and attend all required meetings and events and conduct myself at all times with dignity, grace an good manners whenever I am wearing my crown and/or sash.

I agree to embrace and proudly promote the title and will do so until the end of the Pageant Competition.

I understand and agree that my Facebook, Twitter, personal website or any other public forum must be closely monitored. I understand that all material on these pages must be in good taste and show me as role model.

For Trademark & Branding Purposes: At-Large Titleholder and Titleholders agree to ALWAYS use their complete title name, followed by the full year and then followed by her first and last name in all communications. This includes all TV, Social Media, Interviews, Press Releases, Print, Business Cards, appearances, promotions, etc.

Miss East Coast

Decision of the judges is final.

At-Large Title Representation: I understand and agree that if accepted to participate in the Pageant, I may choose any state or regional title that I would like to represent as long as it has been approved by the Miss East Coast Pageant and does not interfere with the intellectual property of another party. I understand and agree that Miss East Coast Pageant retains full and ultimate authority for any and all decisions regarding the assignment and authorization to use At-Large Titles and Titles associated with the Miss East Coast Pageant. I understand and agree that should an intellectual property conflict arise Miss East Coast Pageant may require me to change my At-Large Title or Title and I agree to comply immediately and in perpetuity upon notification.

State and Regional Titleholders Term of Appointment shall expire the day after the last day of the Pageant. Titleholder may request permission in writing to extend her Term of Appointment to the end of the Calendar year. Such written consent by the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016, if granted, will be delivered in writing by e-mail or letter. This allows Contestants who would like to compete in another pageant system to do so without further obligation to the Miss East Coast Pageant 2016.

I understand and agree that if I am selected as an At-Large Titleholder, I will not make any endorsement, commercial tie-ups, book publishing agreements, personal appearances, or accept any motion picture, or television engagements, or participate in any advertising or promotion, in connection with my At-Large Title, except as arranged by and with prior written consent by Miss East Coast Pageant 2016. This includes former At-Large Titleholders and Titleholders.

I understand and agree that I will not enter into any agreement employing any person, company, firm, association or attorney as my agent, personal manager, publicist, or business manager, or in any other business capacity in connection with my activities as an At-Large Titleholder or Titleholder.

Contestant will not use their title to endorse, promote or solicit any job, business, product, service, or company in any form including, but not limited to electronic, video, audio, seminars, and personal communication, without prior written consent from the Miss East Coast Pageant.

Contestant understands and agrees to authorize Miss East Coast Pageant and those authorized by the Miss East Coast Pageant to research and verify the information I have given on this application for this pageant including personal and professional background, character, work history, awards, and qualifications.

Contestant may withdraw from the Miss East Coast Pageant competition at any time and agree in doing so, she will return at her own expense, the Crown and Sash within Seven (7) days after her withdrawal from the pageant. Contestant understands that there will be NO REFUNDS of any kind. NO EXCEPTIONS! All fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstance.

Contestant agrees that upon breach of the Agreement for any reason or cause as determined by the Miss East Coast Pageant, At-Large Titleholder shall surrender and relinquish all designation and titles conferred upon her, and agrees to thereby make no claim to any designation or title relating to the Miss East Coast Pageant, including ” Miss East Coast Refunds: I understand and agree that in the event the Miss East Coast Pageant determines I am ineligible and not allowed to compete in the Pageant, I will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever. Under no circumstances and not for any reason shall I be entitled to a refund in whole or in part of any fees paid. All fees paid to the Miss East Coast Pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, application fees, program book ads, pageant admission tickets sales fees, guest meal fees, extra event fees, crown and sash fees, People’s Choice Award votes, special award fees, and any other fees paid to Miss East Coast Pageant Contest 2016 by you or on your behalf by any other party.

Titleholders agree, when arranging appearances, to secure a complimentary invitation if requested to said appearances for the Pageant CEO or for a representative of the Miss East Coast Pageant at no extra charge to the pageant.

Deadlines are determined by the number of entries.

PLEASE NOTE: There may be changes to our format, rules, regulations, scheduled activities, policies, etc. By entering the pageant you agree to abide by any and all changes made.

CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT:

There are additional terms and conditions listed on the Code Of Conduct Agreement. Those terms and conditions are hereby incorporated by reference.

Contestant Agrees:

Contestant agrees to be a person of good moral character, now and at all times during the Pageant competition and during Contestants reign as a titleholder for the Miss East Coast Pageant.

Contestant has not committed, nor will Contestant commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or which may reflect negatively upon the Pageant, its sponsors, Affiliates, or any party related there-to.

State, Regional and Titleholders shall not knowingly or intentionally engage in nude, lewd, or lascivious media.

At all times Contestant will be courteous, polite and act in a professional manner during Miss East Coast Pageant and while representing a state, region or a title.

Contestant will be respectful of everyone’s time and be punctual to all Pageant scheduled events.

Contestant agrees that if she maintains or is involved in electronic networking sites such as Websites, Twitter, Facebook, blog, message boards etc, she will present a positive image which will not contain behavior such as negative postings, inappropriate photos or inappropriate language. Any Contestant found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums will be immediately disqualified. This also includes any form of Social Media.

Contestant agrees that if she creates a e-mail address with her title she will always use the FULL title name and year.

At functions where Contestants and judges intermingle, Contestant will behave in a courteous manner, and maintain polite conversation.

Contestant agrees to not leave the scheduled events during the pageant nor accept any personal invitation from a person not belonging to the pageant organization.

Contestant will advise her family, friends and/or representatives that no one is allowed on stage immediately after the crowning to allow time for the Pageant Photographer and Videographer to take the official pictures of the winners and the court.

Contestant will not in any way or at any time make comments or correspond in such a manner as to be considered slanderous or libelous to her fellow contestants, judges, the Ms. America® Pageant, staff, sponsors, or any party directly related or connected to the Pageant. Any such comment or correspondence may result in immediate disqualification and revocation of title.

At all times Contestant will display good sportsmanship. Behavior which is considered disruptive or ill tempered before, during or after the pageant may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the premises. Such actions may also result in legal charges.

Contestant will not smoke in public at any time during the Pageant or when she is wearing her crown and sash.

Contestant agrees to not allow anyone to take a picture of her wearing her crown and sash holding a glass of alcohol or a cigarette/cigar. Nor will she allow anyone to take a picture with her in the picture along with another person holding a cigarette/cigar or alcoholic drink in their hand.

All issues related to the Code of Conduct and consequences for violation(s) thereof shall be determined solely and exclusively by the Miss East Coast Pageant. Contestant agrees to accept such determinations made by the Miss East Coast Pageant both as to herself and others.

TITLEHOLDER OBLIGATIONS:

Titleholder Agrees…

She will sign the Titleholder Agreement right after the pageant.

That she is the Spokesperson and Recruiter for the Miss East Coast Pageant Inc. during her reign. The Miss East Coast “YEAR” title is the overall winner’s main pageant or competition-related priority and that she agrees to give her time and energy to this pageant title and this title only during her reign. This is to prevent trademark or brand confusion.

To promote the Miss East Coast Pageant to any and all potential sponsors and contestants.

That she will not knowingly or intentionally engage in nude, lewd, or lascivious media.

That she will not enter any other pageant, competition or compete for any other titles during her reign (Term of Service).

That she will not give any written or verbal endorsement or testimony for any product, service or charitable organization as a Titleholder without prior written consent from the Miss East Coast Pageant.

that ALL decisions concerning production, promotions, marketing, advertising, photographs, radio, television, program, appearances and all other aspects of the Miss East Coast Pageant as well as throughout her reign are solely at the discretion of the Miss East Coast Pageant.

To return to the pageant after her Term of Service to crown her successor and make herself available for appearances, attending events, media, etc.

To arrange and make a minimum of Two (2) appearances per month as approved by the Miss East Coast Pageant Inc.

To provide the Miss East Coast Pageant Inc., with photocopies of articles pertaining to her reign and pictures of each appearance in electronic format as specified by the Miss East Coast Pageant for the pageant history scrapbook and for promotional purposes.

To wear sash at all appearances, otherwise it does not count as an appearance. Wearing the Crown is encouraged!

That Miss East Coast Pageant will be informed of and approve all appearances through the Request Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 or the Queens Corner link on the Miss East Coast Pageant website.

To upkeep the social media postings – Facebook, Twitter, Website, etc…

To contact the Miss East Coast Pageant by phone One (1) time per month for updates.

That Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 will receive One (1) complimentary invitations and tickets to ALL events and appearances Titleholder is invited to or she secures on her own. I understand and agree that if CEO – Roman Lytvyn attends the event I will be chaperoned by him

to stay at the host hotel for One (1) additional day after conclusion of the Pageant for publicity, photo & video shoot, meeting sponsors, dignitaries, etc.,

Our pageant system promises to give back as much to the participants as possible in awards, prizes and gifts.

Will depend heavily on the number of pageant participants. However, if we guarantee a prize, we will give it regardless of number of participants. When we have jackpots the amount is based off of number of contestants entered for the jackpot.

Participation Award:

Everyone that competes in our competition will take home prizes and gifts!

Guaranteed Prizes:

Prizes are listed below for each competition. More prizes will be added as our budget allows and we gain additional participants.   We will not double crown in beauty to allow as many winners as possible. This simply means you cannot win overall high-point and beauty in your age division. However, It is possible to win awards and crowns for other categories.

Special Rules:

Pressure of doing everything just right. This is a very difficult subject because we don’t want the contestants stressed on stage but we don’t want parent’s too involved! What we consider Acceptable:

The highest amount may be used. We will keep track of Royal Dollars from each pageant. If you need to know your balance just

We don’t want to tell you how to dress but we would simply like for the participants to look as natural as possible! Keep it simple and classy.

 

Attire:

All ages beauty attire may be off the rack or custom designs but no “glitz and glamour”, no rhinestones! Pearls and light sequin only.

ALLOWED FOR BEAUTY DRESSES, NOT EVEN ONE!

A word about theme wear, costumes and talent attire. We don’t allow make-up, or false hair, etc. for the beauty competition but we expect a little more dressy/flashy attire for talent and costumes but no heavy stones and please still try and avoid allowing the clothes to outdo the child! In costume, theme wear and talent competitions you are allowed costume style wigs and costume make -up if it enhances your costume.

We reserve the right to check all contestants before they take the stage!

 

Please check back approximately one week before the pageant, for any additional information (final number of contestants, added awards etc.).

  1. Delegates will be judged according to physical beauty, intelligence, poise and personality. Delegates will compete and be judged in Photos, Resume, Evening Gown and Personality Interview categories. Each category is weighted equally in the scoring.
  2. Delegates will be responsible for pay their own airfare tickets and hotel for join the Miss Asia inter events in host city. All advertisements must be approved by Miss East Coast. And full application payment must be received before 45 days of Pageant Date. Delegates must provide Miss East Coast, With a short written personality profile and 3 or more photographs to be included in the Miss Asia Inter official website or Pageant Magazine.
  3. Delegates are responsible for their own required wardrobe to be worn during the Pageant. The required wardrobes are:

(i) Evening gown; and (ii) Or Costume and (iii) swimsuits. All wardrobes must comply with the Miss East Coast wardrobe guidelines.

  1. Delegates are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations following the event schedule and on the day of the Miss East Coast event.
  2. Delegates must be present during the Presentation of Delegates and the Swimsuit Pictorial. Delegates must participate in the pageant events on Date of Pageant, The Delegates must arrive at the assigned event venue on time. Delegates must prepare their hair and make-up in the rooms. Delegates must not bring or invite anyone else inside the dressing room.
  3. Miss East Coast is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of the Delegates, their friends or families.
  4. Queen or the Title Winner and other two or three winners will be chosen at the Pageant event on the United States or other country. All the winners will receive the Miss East Coast Crown and returns the Crown and Sash after the event on same day. Miss East Coast reserves the right to distribute the prizes any time within twelve (12) months from the Pageant day. All prizes are provided to Miss East Coast by sponsors of the Pageant event and are subject to any conditions and restrictions imposed by such sponsor. Except for sashes, if any sponsor elects, in their sole discretion, to cancel or modify the prizes they have agreed to provide, then the winners’ prizes will be so cancelled or modified. Miss East Coast including its employees and sponsors and agents, shall not be held responsible or liable for modified or cancelled prizes or any other actions by the sponsors or the grantor of these prizes.
  5. The Queen or the Title Winner will reign for one year, during which if she participate in any other pageant, or any similar events first obtaining the express written consent of Miss East Coast. The Queen or the Title Winner and all Runners-Up must strictly comply with the Contract and Rules and Regulations. Failure to comply will result in dethronement. If a Winner is dethroned or choose not to continue her reign, all prizes, including crown, sash and trophy, must be immediately returned in the same condition as it was when received. If any Delegate or the winners disparages, defames, libels or slanders the Pageant, Miss East Coast including its employees and agents, any sponsors, contractors, any judge, advertisers, committee members or any volunteers, then such Delegate shall be eliminated from the Pageant or dethroned and stripped of her title and prizes, as the case may be. 800BP is the trademark holder and owner of the title Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 and reserves and retains all rights, title and interest therein. Use of the title of Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 is strictly prohibited without the express written consent signed by Miss East Coast CEO Roman Lytvyn. If at any time during her reign the queen is unable to fully perform her duties, she is subject to dethronement. Should the Queen or the Title Winner be dethroned or if she relinquishes her title before the end of her reign, all prizes, including crown, sash and trophy must be returned to the Miss East Coast within ten (10) days in the same condition it was given to her.
  6. All tabulation results, including all judges’ scoring sheets, are the property of Miss East Coast. All tabulation results, including judges’ scoring sheets, are proprietary trade secrets and are strictly confidential. The final results are not subject to challenge and all Delegates, including any of their representatives, hereby voluntarily waive any right to challenge or otherwise contest the results of the Pageant. Any questions regarding to the scoring system must be raised at least one week prior to the Pageant.

11.Neither Miss East Coast and its employees and agents, nor any promoters, entertainers, judges, staff, volunteers, advertisers and Sponsors of Miss East Coast Pageant 2016 shall not be liable for any sickness, injury or accidents suffered by any Delegate or her accompanying parties before, during and after any events or rehearsal in connection with the Pageant. Delegates are required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement with Miss East Coast and Delegates who fail to sign this Hold Harmless Agreement will be eliminated from the Pageant.

All applications must be accompanied by: 1) $150.00 non-refundable application entry fee; 2) sponsorship fee $500.USD; 3) Three 5X7 Professional Photographs ; 4) One copy of resume; 5) a signed copy of completed application; and 6) a signed copy of the Rules and Regulations. 7) Passport or Driver License or Photo ID copy. All payments are payable to Miss East Coast. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  2. Miss East Coast reserves the right to amend or supplement the Rules and Regulations at any time. Written notice of such changes shall be provided to the Delegates.
